Prayer Partners,

 

Thank you for all your prayers and support.  I know many have been praying for Edward (Ward) Correll and Joshua Rogers in their fight against cancer.  Please continue to pray for Joshua as he is at the end of Chemo.  Yesterday, Ward went to be with the LORD so please pray for the family and friends.  Ward greatly influenced my life and was a great encouragement through the years, he is greatly missed already.

 

We trust you have a great CHRISTmas and that the favor of the LORD is yours in 2012.

Update

Hi from Atlanta,

 

We arrived back a week early and were able to surprise all the family here.  We had a great time in Australia with the LORD using us to confirm, in very specific ways, several things in different churches while we were there.

 

We want to wish you all the very best of this Holiday season.  Be sure to take time to remember what we celebrate this Christmas and be blessed!

 

Please pray for us while we are home as we have many things to take care of on the domestic front as well as catching up with family, friends and church.  We will be here until the 20^th of December with on possible trip for a few days only out.  Christmas this year will be in Olympia, WA with Aaron, Carla and family and then we head back down under on the 29^th of December.

Greetings from wet Malaysia.  We finish our Malaysia time tomorrow (Sunday) and head for Australia on Monday morning. We have had a great time both here with the 30^th anniversary celebration of New Life Restoration Churches and in London with the FGT churches there. The anniversary celebration was a great production encompassing a history in song and dance of the 30 years.  They also took time to honor our dear friend and the pastor, who helped get this movement underway, Richard Holland who passed away 3 years ago.

Please continue to pray for Joshua Rogers & Pastor Ward Correll who are being treated for lymph cancer. Here is information posted on facebook concerning Ward by his daughter Kimmie:    We met with dad's oncologist today. The cancer has apparently returned to his arm. We are going to have a PET scan done on Monday to determine if the cancer is localized in his arm or if it has spread into other parts of his body. If it has not spread we will consider the possibility of radiation to slow down the growth. This would be to buy us time and help with pain management. This is not a cure. The Dr has said it is inoperable due to the fact that the cancer is in his blood and not just located in a tumor. As things stand right now with no radiation the Dr has given us 1-4 months. This is man's answer. We have a friend, Robert Mincks, who is a missionary in Africa. He is going to be coming down to stay with dad and help him out for a time.
