Prayer requests & schedule

Greetings from Georgia,

 

It has been an interesting month in getting passports reissued and all the other travel information we have put in place as well as opening new bank accounts and trying to assure that our identity remains ours.  We certainly appreciate all the prayers for us over the last number of months with all that has happened to us.  We are still hopeful that stolen properties will be returned.

 

We leave in a couple of days for the Northwest of the USA for meetings and a time to catch up with family and friends.

 

There are many things to pray about, one of my main concerns is the plan the LORD has to raise up those who will take on what we have started.  (Acts 1:1) Even though Jesus said "It is finished", Luke writes that which "Jesus began to do and teach".  We to feel that we have only began and are looking forward to see how this part of His work goes forward.

 

Please continue to pray for:

1) Traveling Mercies.

2) The upcoming meetings.

3) Finances as so much was stolen

4) Health, Strength and Energy

5) Family and friends as we see so many in need at this time.

6) His wisdom in plan for the future

7) That the LORD grants us His Favor

Prayer Partners,

 

We are now back in Atlanta working through all the details (passports etc) that has to be done since we were robbed. 

 

Our problems seems to be minor compared to other events that we became aware of today.  A friend of ours, Wendy Ng who was a staff pastor along with her husband Paul at Glad Tidings Church in Singapore, was Mudered while on a mission trip in Cambodia. Please pray for the family and church during this time.

Dear Prayer Partners

We have lost all of our emails since January 1, 2013 due to a computer virus, with that we lost all of the information from the emails, please resend any emails that had information that would be of importance to us for our records or future ministry.  If anyone has an idea on how to recover from our gmail account those lost emails we would appreciate the information.

Please continue to pray for us as we finish up the time in asia over the next 2 weeks.  It has been a very busy time.

It appears that our jmjacks@gmail.com account has been hacked.  If you get an email from us saying important document do not open it.  We have no idea where it is from.

 

Secondly in our last email it seemed that some thought we were robbed again in Malaysia which was not the case, we were just thankful for God's grace in Australia and Malaysia.
