Joshua Rogers update

Thanks for the prayers.  Below is an update about Joshua Rogers

 

 

Hi,

As I advised in a previous email, a month ago our 22 year old son Joshua was told he had lymphoma of some description. After a stressful month of "what ifs" and tests he was advised yesterday that he has Hodgkins disease (lypmphoma) at about stage 2B. Fortunately this means that the cancer is above his diaphram and in the early stages, so there is a high chance of a cure. He will be on chemo and possibly radiotherapy for the next 6 months. He has lumps in the right hand side of his neck and his chest cavity.

Although we have a sense of relief that this week that there is a good chance of a cure we would still really appreciate your prayers at this time.
